RUGBY cult hero Nick "Honey Badger" Cummins lives an eclectic life post-retirement.
From caring for wildlife to hopping on reality TV, Honey Badger has seemingly done it all.
The Aussie, 35, played 15 times for the Wallabies between 2012 and 2014 – and gained popularity for his unusual interviews.
He once admitted: "One of the stories that inspires me is that it is documented that a honey badger killed a male lion in a one-on-one."
But the animal lover is keen to protect all species.
The retired star warmed hearts all over the globe in 2021, when he stopped his car to save a baby sheep from a barbed-wire fence.

And this act of kindness was definitely not an isolated incident.
Honey Badger posted last August that his chickens were "under siege" – with the accompanying video showing a PYTHON in his yard.
The likeable, laid-back star nonchalantly stroked his dog as he protected his chickens – insisting that the "beautiful" snake was not venomous and would not cause any harm.
Remarkably he then picked it up with his bare hands before wrapping it around his neck and carrying it off.

As it began to coil itself around his neck, he was more worried that it had "turded" on him.
Honey Badger loves animals of all kinds, with even peacocks stopping to take a look at the snake in his garden.
Back in 2018, he appeared on the Aussie edition of hit reality TV show The Bachelor in a bid to find love.
In the format, one lucky contestant whittles his way through 30 women before getting down on one knee to the winner at the end of the season.
Incredibly, however, Honey Badger snubbed BOTH finalists Brittany Hockley and Sophie Tieman in the finale – insisting he hadn't "fallen in love".
While both girls were left gutted, Honey Badger did eventually find his special someone.
He is engaged to Alexandra George, with musician Pete Murray even claiming during a performance that the couple are already married and that they secretly wed.
Whether married or not, they welcomed their first baby last October, having first made their romance official in January 2021.
Without revealing the baby's gender, Honey Badger wrote on social media: "My darling and I look forward lovingly to the arrival of our little badger cub."
