WEST HAM are plotting transfers for James Ward-Prowse and Harvey Barnes, according to reports.
The Hammers are looking at ways to improve the squad ahead of their Europa League campaign next season.
David Moyes reportedly held talks with chairman David Sullivan this week and the pair spoke about the addition of a new technical director.
West Ham's recruitment team are also formulating plans to sign Ward-Prowse and Barnes, according to the Daily Mail.
It is believed that deals for both Premier League stars will likely be agreed later this summer.
And Declan Rice's sale could help fund both signings.

Southampton have set captain Ward-Prowse's asking price at £40million, while Leicester could accept around £60m for Barnes.
The Saints see Ward-Prowse, 28, as one of their few chances to receive a big fee during the transfer window as they look to fund a rebuild in the summer.
West Ham could raise money for both players by selling Rice – the Irons want £100m for the England star.
Manchester United and Arsenal are reported to be interested in the skipper, though the latter want to strike a £92m deal.
