CHELSEA are the odds on favourites to sign France centre back Jules Kounde this summer.
The Blues are currently priced at 1/2 with Betfair to sign the Sevilla man as the move looms closer to being done, with former odds on favourites Barcelona now 6/4.

The France international helped Sevilla win the Europa League title in his first year with the club after signing from Bordeaux in the summer of 2019 for £23m.
Kounde played every minute of the knockout phase, including in wins against Wolves and Manchester United.
He also played 90 minutes in both the semi-final and final of France’s victorious run to the Nations League title back in October last year.
Chelsea are now odds on favourites favourites to sign the 23-year-old,having seemingly beaten Barcelona to the signing of the highly rated Frenchman.
The centre-back department is slightly light at Stamford Bridge after the exits of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen this summer and Sevilla’s Frenchman Jules Kounde had long been thought of as the replacement of choice.
The Blues have also signed another long time target, Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli, in a bid to strengthen their defence.

Barcelona were the previous favourites to sign the centre back, in a bid to find a long term partner for Ronald Araujo, who has impressed over the last year or so.
The Catalan side have picked up Christensen on a free from Chelsea this summer, and have already spent upwards of £90million this window and, with their current financial situation, won't be keen to spend more.
Real Madrid have also been linked with the defender but they've picked up the other departing Chelsea centre back, Rudiger, already this summer so the European champions aren't in desperate need of cover.
Liverpool and Manchester United are also thought to be keeping half on eye on the situation and are priced at 12/1 and 14/1 respectively.
