WEST HAM are outright favourites to sign Manchester City midfielder Kalvin Phillips, according to bookmakers Betfair.
However, there's no shortage of potential suitors with Newcastle, Wolves and Liverpool firmly in contention to secure his signature before the transfer window closes in September.

It's unclear what the future holds for Phillips.
The midfielder signed a six-year deal with Manchester City in July 2022, who paid £42million plus a further £3m in performance-related bonuses.
But things haven't gone to plan with Phillips struggling for regular first-team action, making just 21 appearances in all competitions and a total of 593 minutes.
The former Leeds midfielder is keen to remain at the Etihad and prove himself, but could be sold if an acceptable offer is tabled.
West Ham are considered the most likely outfit to table that offer with David Moyes looking to find a replacement for Declan Rice.

The Hammers will have a healthy transfer kitty available with Arsenal having paid £105million for the midfielder and that's perhaps why they lead the betting market at 7/2.
Newcastle are next at 15/2, ahead of Wolves and Liverpool, who are locked together at 9/1.
Liverpool's price could shorten considerably after claims they are looking at Phillips to replace Fabinho.
The Brazilian, 29, has been given permission to undergo a medical ahead of a £40million move to Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia, and could soon be joined by captain Jordan Henderson.
Arsenal and Brighton are offered at 12/1 and 14/1 respectively, while Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich complete the list at 16/1.
