Manchester City supporters attending their team’s Champions League triumph over Inter Milan are facing a crisis as they attempt to get back to Istanbul city centre.
Thousands of Cityzens who watched their side beat Inter 1-0 and secure the Treble with a first Champions League trophy have reportedly emerged from the Ataturk Olympic Stadium to find no available transport.

‘What a way to put a dampener on an incredible evening – 30,000 City fans emerge from the Atatürk at 1am local time to find no shuttle buses back to the city centre.

The late local 10pm kick-off means that supporters are now attempting to get back to the city centre in the early hours of Sunday morning.
It follows pre-match chaos that saw hours of traffic jams, public transport networks and some supporters walking miles to get to the stadium that is located outside the centre of Istanbul.
Tournament organisers UEFA were labelled as a ‘shambles’ as fans had to trek for hours in the sweltering Turkish heat to get to the game.
Their decision to choose a venue that is arduously difficult to get to for Europe’s showpiece event has been criticised due to the Ataturk Stadium being located 15 miles outside of Istanbul and with just one accessible road available.
Any City supporters that decide to try and walk back from the venue face the prospect of a walk in excess of five hours that would see them arrive back in the centre at around 6am local time.
