MANCHESTER UNITED could hijack Chelsea's move for Moises Caicedo if they can't agree a deal for Mason Mount, according to reports.
The Red Devils have seen two bids for the England star rejected.
Chelsea are holding out for £70million despite his contract running out next summer.
United are reportedly confident they can land him for less and would go as high as £60million.
Their last bid of £45million with £5million add-ons was declined.
In case Chelsea continue to play hardball, Erik ten Hag has his eyes on other players.

The Guardian claims Brighton midfielder Caicedo is an option.
He is believed to be close to joining Chelsea in an £80million deal with reports suggesting the move is "95 per cent" done.
Personal terms have been agreed but no bid has officially gone in yet as the West Londoners are focusing on selling players first.
This could hand United an opening for a transfer hijack.
