MANCHESTER UNITED have been dealt a transfer blow with Wolves reportedly entering advanced talks with Stuttgart for striker Sasa Kalajdzic.
The giant forward, who stands at 6ft 6in, could be on his way to the Premier League this month.
But after being strongly linked with United, Kalajdzic could end up at Wolves instead.
The Austria international, 25, has scored 24 goals in 60 games for Stuttgart.
And that fine form saw him work his way onto United’s shortlist for a new attacker.
Kalajdzic was also thought to be keen on a move to Old Trafford.

And talks with Kalajdzic are now thought to be well advanced.
The ace’s decision to enter negotiations with Wolves comes after he was warned off a transfer by international boss Ralf Rangnick.
The tactician was in charge of United as an interim last term.
And he told Kalajdzic his development was best served by staying put at Stuttgart.
Rangnick said: “It is important that Sasa remains injury-free this season and trains and plays at the highest possible level.
“If he stays in Stuttgart this season, it will not be detrimental to his development.”
