SIR Alex Ferguson couldn't help but throw a joke at pal Frankie Dettori's expense about Arsenal.
The Italian jockey is famously a Gunners fan, while Fergie is a Man Utd legend.
And when the pair met at Goodwood on Friday, attentions turned towards their football rivalry.
After they posed for photos together, the 80-year-old Scot was in wind-up mode.
Smiling, he joked to the cameras: "A quote familiar to Frank, Arsenal are getting relegated this year. He told me that himself!"
Dettori laughed off Fergie's jibe as he made his way to the paddock.

Sir Alex has returned to Old Trafford in a senior role as part of a think-tank group set up by chief executive Richard Arnold.
Former skipper Bryan Robson, ex-CEO David Gill and football director John Murtough are also involved, according to the Daily Mail.
Ferguson met United chiefs on Tuesday – the same day that Cristiano Ronaldo returned to Carrington for the first time since last season.
The five-man group are expected to meet regularly to talk about the issues at the club.
