Erik ten Hag has attempted to alleviate a growing injury crisis at Manchester United by inviting four youngsters into first-team training ahead of Sunday’s clash with Southampton.
Sam Murray, Omari Forson, Marc Jurado and Dan Gore were all pictured getting involved at Carrington and could all be in contention for a place in the squad this weekend. Murray, an 18-year-old right-back, joined the Red Devils in 2021 and played a huge role as the club’s under-18s reached the 2022 FA Youth Cup final.

BBC Radio 5 Live programme schedules have been affected by the impartiality row with Gary Lineker for a second day, according to Sky.
Programmes that had been due to air from noon have been replaced with pre-recorded episodes of the Spygate – Sport's Strangest Crimes podcast.
The 12pm to 2pm slot is typically home to 5 Live Premier League Sunday.
As of now, the BBC Radio 5 Live schedule is due to resume at 2pm.

Players to pay tribute to fan
Manchester United players will pay tribute on Sunday following the death of a leading fan representative.
Ian Stirling, 57, was a founding member of the club’s fans’ advisory board and was a long-time member of the fans’ forum.
He was also Independent Supporter Liaison Officer for the Manchester United Supporters’ Trust.
It was confirmed on Saturday that he had passed away after a period of illness.
