PAUL HECKINGBOTTOM remains favourite to be the Premier League's next managerial departure.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin returned to the starting XI having been absent for the club's 1-0 loss to Fulham at Goodison Park, but the England star exited the field before half time.
The Toffees had numerous defensive lapses and struggled to create chances, with Dyche later admitting that he "could have taken the whole team off at half-time."
A lot now rests on Everton's business in the transfer window, and their next two matches against Wolves and Sheffield United.
David Moyes is next at 6/1, although Sunday's terrific 3-1 win over London rivals Chelsea will likely see his price drift. Luton Town's Rob Edwards follows at 8/1 with the Hatters back in action against Chelsea on Friday.
