TOTTENHAM and Liverpool look set to MISS OUT on a top four finish and Champions League football next season.
That's according to bookmakers Betfair who reckon the sides have blown their chances of finishing in those coveted spots.

Title challengers Manchester City and Arsenal are all but guaranteed to finish in the top four and a price for those isn't even offered.
Manchester United were still being considered as title rivals until recently and are as short as 1/10 for a top four finish.
They sit in third spot and a point clear of Spurs in fourth, having played two games less.
Eddie Howe's Newcastle had gone off the boil prior to the Carabao Cup final and their Champions League hopes took a serious dent.
But back-to-back 2-1 wins over Wolves and Nottingham Forest have thrown them back into the top four fight.
They're just two points off Spurs though have played two games less and are now Evens to finish in those spots.

Antonio Conte's men are now on the drift and 23/10 to grab a Champions League spot.
Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool looked to have turned a corner with a win over Wolves before that 7-0 thrashing of Man Utd.
But a 1-0 defeat to Bournemouth came before being dumped out the Champions League by Real Madrid to bring a halt to the brief feel-good factor.
However, they are by no means out of it, sitting just seven points off Spurs with two games in hand.
They could easily string a few results together and are just 9/5 to reach those spots – having been much, much bigger odds at the end of January.
Brighton's odds have been slashed in half to cap off a memorable campaign.
The Seagulls have an FA Cup semi final to look forward to and have been cut from 10/1 to 5/1 to cap their excellent season off with a stunning top four finish.
Brentford and Chelsea are 66/1 with Aston Villa 250/1.
