ERIK TEN HAG reckons Hannibal Mejbri was “perfect” during Manchester United’s 1-0 win at Burnley.
That’s a year after the youngster was reportedly involved in a training ground scrap with a Red Devils teammate.
Hannibal, 20, was thrust into Ten Hag’s XI on Saturday for his first start of the season.
Deployed as a No10, the Tunisia international put in a busy performance as United bagged all three points at Turf Moor.
Hannibal will now be hoping to keep his spot in the side for tomorrow’s Carabao Cup clash with Crystal Palace.
And the midfielder could yet have a big part to play this term after leaving Ten Hag mightily impressed.

Gran left shaken after crash with Rashford's £700k Rolls had no idea who he was
The Dutch tactician has had to deal with several injury blows, as well as Anthony’s alleged assault allegations and Jadon Sancho’s public spat.
But he reckons Hannibal was nothing shy of “perfect” in a much-needed win for United.
Ten Hag declared: “Of course it’s a concern. You have so many injuries, you have a problem in the routine of your game
“You bring players in, they are new – like Reguilon, like Hojlund, and you can’t bring them in slowly in the routines of your team.

“They are not used to playing together, like Hannibal who did a perfect job.”
Ten Hag’s praise comes more than a year after reports claimed Hannibal was involved in a training ground scrap with ex-Man United left-back Alex Telles.
SunSport exclusively revealed teammates had to pull an unnamed pair apart at the end of Ralf Rangnick’s interim spell, with the duo later claimed to be Telles and Hannibal.
Telles was shipped off on loan to Sevilla that summer before completing a permanent move to Al-Nassr in July.
As for Hannibal, he spent last term on loan at Birmingham.
But United rejected several bids for him this summer, with Ten Hag’s decision to keep Hannibal being justified so far.
