TOTTENHAM are set to complete their fourth transfer of the summer.
But it could leave fans very underwhelmed.
New Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou has already had a busy window after joining from Celtic.
He first turned Dejan Kulusevki’s loan into a permanent transfer.
And Big Ange then completed a deal for Empoli goalie Guglielmo Vicario.
Leicester playmaker James Maddison became the third ace to sign for Tottenham.

And now Pedro Porro is set to be Postecoglou’s fourth man.
The Portuguese right-back joined Spurs on loan in January from Sporting Lisbon.
The 23-year-old scored three goals in 17 matches.
And an obligation in his deal means Porro is now joining Tottenham for a £40million fee.

The deal could leave fans underwhelmed though, with many worried by Porro’s defensive errors under former boss Antonio Conte.
One said: “Not sure about him yet.”
Another declared: “So our budget already gone on two loanees.”
One added: “Is this the way forward for us?”
The former Man City man could yet be joined by another loan player from last season.
Tottenham want to add at least one new centre-back to their squad.
And Clement Lenglet could be in line for another move from Barcelona, this time on a three-year deal.
It’s reckoned the Frenchman could cost around £8m.
But like Porro, Lenglet left little to be desired defensively too, with Spurs fans sure to be hoping for another option.
