TODD BOEHLY has shown he is not afraid to splash the cash in his quest to rebuild Chelsea.
The Blues are shattering the British transfer record AGAIN by signing Moises Caicedo for £115million.
Back in January, they shelled out £107million for Argentina World Cup winner Enzo Fernandez.
That means Boehly's spending since taking over now totals a staggering £821million.
To put that ridiculous figure into some sort of context, SunSport takes a look at what the American businessman could have bought instead.
Balmoral Castle
Buckingham Palace would have been out of his reach – with that valued at over £3billion.
However, Balmoral Castle is certainly affordable for the cash-rich investor.
It would cost him a fraction less than what he paid for Caicedo at £115million at £114million.
With an ability to tempt chairmen into selling their assets, surely he would have a good chance at twisting the King's arm in a quick-fire sale for Balmoral?
Star Wars: The Force Awakens
A man with a finger in plenty of pies, Boehly is well connected to Hollywood.

One of his many companies Eldridge Industries merged with leading film and TV producers MRC, makers of Netflix hits House of Cards and Ozark, as well as films Baby Driver, Knives Out, and Ted.
But, for £446million he could have made the most expensive movie ever made.
That honour goes to Star Wars: The Force Awakens, that starred Daisy Ridley, John Boyega and Harrison Ford.
He might have seen a better return than some of his Chelsea signings too – with that film generating over £1billion worldwide.

World's most expensive car
We don't know what car Boehly drives.
But we bet it wouldn't have been any better than the 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR Uhlenhaut Coup.
In 2022, that motor became the most expensive ever sold – costing a staggering £114million.
You could argue it has a better engine than Caicedo and Fernandez.
David Alaba's release clause
In 2021, Real Madrid signed David Alaba from Bayern Munich on a free transfer.
That allowed them to play the Austrian astronomical wages ( a reported £362k-per-week) and insert a mega release clause to warn anyone off buying him.
Boehly would have to pay £732million to even get a sit down with his agents.
Still, he couldn't afford to pay Barcelona ace Pedri's release clause that stands in £861million.
Neymar… four times
The most expensive transfer of all time would be a doddle for Boehly.
In fact, it was no surprise the Blues reportedly made a bid to sign Brazilian Neymar before he opted for Saudi Arabia.
His £199million transfer fee PSG spent in 2017 still stands as the highest ever paid for a footballer.
But that's alright. Boehy could have signed him four times over.
Several private Taylor Swift concerts
The biggest pop star on the planet, Swift was rumoured to be playing Glastonbury next year.
However, if you wanted the Anti-Hero songstress playing her hits for a private show – that would only set you back an estimated £4million.
Half-time entertainment at Stamford Bridge might not get any better if Swift filled the 15-minute interval with a medley of tunes.
And now she's split with 1975 frontman Matt Healy, a Newcastle United fan, it wouldn't present a problem.
Petronas Towers
Petronas Twin Towers are the tallest twin towers in the world, and its status has remained unchallenged since its erection in 1996.
Found in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – they stand at 1,483ft tall.
They roughly cost as much to build as Chelsea's transfer splurge – £821million.
And now they are a must for all tourists who visit, so you can bet it would be a good investment for years to come.
The Hope Diamond
Officially the most expensive piece of jewellery in the world today, the Hope Diamond is a 45.52-carat (9.104 g) piece extracted in the 17th century from the Kollur Mine in Guntur, India.
The last king of France, Louis XVI and New York gem merchant Harry Winston were just some of its owners through the centuries.
Since 1958, it has been on display at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in the United States.
