A WINNING owner stunned Sky Sports Racing's Matt Chapman after bursting into song following his horse's win at Fontwell.
Simon Prout owns the tough Tommie Beau, who was 3-1 shot for the Southern National at Fontwell.
The eight-year-old was in search of his third regional National and disputed the lead throughout under jockey Michael Nolan.
The pair took the lead over the final fence and had matters safely in hand, winning by nearly two lengths in gutsy fashion.
That took his prize money total to over £100,000 and owner Prout couldn't contain his excitement.
Sky Sports Racing's Matt Chapman went to interview Prout as he led his horse into the winner's enclosure, leaning in with his microphone.
Prout seized the moment, grabbing the mic from Chapman before bursting into a football chant.
A stunned Chapman could only laugh as he was handed back the mic after the hilarious exchange.
Tommie Beau landed the Durham National at Sedgefield last month and has won 11 of his 31 races.
The heat of the moment can make us do funny things, just ask jockey Dean Yendall.
