Tammy showed off her weigh-loss as she had slim cheeks and a thinner neck as she enjoyed vibing to the rap song.
She captioned the post: "I ain't worried about it."
Soon after uploading the TikTok, Tammy's loyal legion of followers flooded the comments section, commenting on her incredible transformation.
One stunned fan cheered: "You look so good, Tam Tam," while another gushed: "Tammy, you are looking so good! So proud of you!"
A third chimed in, adding: "Ignore all the haters, you're glowing," while a fourth shared: "Keep up the amazing work lady!"
Tammy rose to fame alongside her sister, Amy Slaton, 35, on the hit TLC show documenting their joint weight loss journey and once weighed in at a whopping 717lbs (more than 51 stone).
She's been able to stay on track with her weight loss plan despite losing her estranged husband, Caleb Willingham, who tragically died last month.
The couple met at the same weight loss rehab and tied the knot in November 2022 within weeks of meeting each other after a whirlwind romance.
But according to the source, their relationship reportedly began struggling because Caleb didn't have the "drive" to get better like Tammy did.
Despite this, his death has been "devastating" for Tammy, who said "she could have easily been him".
The couple were married for five months before they reportedly split and were believed to have been planning a divorce when Caleb's death was announced on July 1.
