ITV are airing a televised adaptation of a book by the legendary author Agatha Christie, on April 9, 2023.

Lucy Boynton plays Lady Frances Derwent in the adaptation.

Derwent is a friend of Jones and helps him try to solve the murder.
Boynton has also starred in a number of blockbusters, such as in Bohemian Rhapsody, where she played Freddie Mercury's former lover Mary Austin.
She starred in an TV adaptation of The Ipcress File in 2022.

Where was Agatha Christie's Why Didn't They Ask Evans filmed?
The series was mainly filmed in parts of Surrey, with the villages of Albury and Mickleham used as well as the town of Guildford.
There were also scenes shot at three cliffs in Swansea.
Filming initially started in 2021.
What is Agatha Christie's Why Didn't They Ask Evans about?
It is a murder mystery, set on a Welsh Coastline, about a man who finds a dying man, and is then embroiled in the case of how he was killed.
Before dying, the man asks Bobby Jones (played by Will Poulter) the question "Why didn't they ask Evans?"
Along with the help of his friend Lady Francis Derwent (Lucy Boynton) they look to see what the man meant by this and attempt to solve his murder.
