Camilla was runner up to swimwear designer Sian Gabbidon in the 2019 contest for a £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar, 74.
She later teamed up with high street chain Holland and Barrett to launch a nut milk.
But alongside her successful business, she has been keeping fans entertained.
The entrepreneur told fans: “I feel it’s time to start posting unapologetically and to have a close-knit community of fans who are interested in getting to know me more personally.”
Camilla has insisted her OnlyFans account is completely PG, saying: "There are not and have never been any nude images or videos of me on this site.
"I do have an OnlyFans account and I post the same pictures that I have shared on my public Instagram site for many years but for a fee. The Only Fans site enables me to own, copyright and control my own images whereas on Instagram anyone can use them.
