BBC BREAKFAST fans have blasted Naga Munchetty, branding her 'cruel' for her latest swipe at Carol Kirkwood.

The presenter and journalist, 48, was hosting this morning's show alongside Charlie Stayt.

Both anchors brought viewers the latest news from across the country.

During the show they were joined by Carol, 60, who brought viewers the latest weather forecast.

However, the fan-favourite appeared to have a sore throat and struggled at times with the report.

Charlie told the star: "Carol, have you got a cup of tea?"
