BBC Breakfast's Nina Warhurst flooded with support as young son rushed to A&E | The Sun

BBC presenter Nina Warhurst gave her fans a fright this weekend when her young son was rushed to A&E.

The BBC Breakfast presenter shared a photo of her little boy's arm in a plaster cast, revealing to her Twitter followers that she'd had to take him to hospital.

The mother-of-two and star breakfast host shared the worrying snap on Twitter as she announced she had to change her own plans at the last minute, missing out on a charity event.

Originally, Nina had intended to walk for Alzheimer's Society on Saturday, "but life took a different turn" for her as she rushed to Wythenshawe Hospital, in Greater Manchester.

In the picture she tweeted, Nina showed her son's arm in a cast, covered with stickers, without going into detail about how he'd been injured.

"Supposed to be walking 26 miles for Alzheimer's Society today, but life took a different turn", she captioned her post.
