BBC viewers baffled as they notice glaring blunder during weather report – but can you spot it? | The Sun

BBC viewers were all left gasping as they noticed a glaring blunder during one of the broadcaster's weather reports.

It appeared that there had been a typo in the graphics for the presentation of the day's weather.

When it came to the spelling of the capital of Northern Ireland, a key letter seemed to have disappeared.

Rather than reading as 'Belfast', it was written on the show's screen as "Belfat".

That was not the only place to have suffered a blunder, as both Newcastle and Glasgow fell short of a letter or two also.

It appeared there was something in common between the three cities, they were all missing the letter 'S'.

One viewer was left joking that it was down to budget cuts at the BBC.

Writing on Twitter, they penned: "In the latest round of BBC cuts, Belfast is now 'Belfat'.
