Below Deck Mediterranean season eight teased by Bravo
Bravo star Malia White was supported by her Below Deck co-stars as she took to Instagram to confirm the tragic death of her brother Jayseph.
The 33-year-old shared a carousel of photos of them together as teenagers and another of her brother fishing.
In the emotional tribute, the reality star issued a gut-wrenching plea as she asked those battling addiction to reach out for support.
Malia wrote: “To everyone who knew our brother Jay, it’s with a heavy heart we announce the sad news of his death.
“Thursday, October 5th Jayseph (34) passed away in the middle of the night after a battle with addiction.”

She continued: “His death is a devastating loss for our family and his friends, but we are grateful for the time we had with him.
“Jay was happiest outdoors, especially with a fishing pole in his hand alongside a riverbank with his dog Aspen.
“To those who had the pleasure of knowing Jay, he was truly a kind soul, willing to help anyone at a moment’s notice. This is how we’ll always remember him.” Malia added.
The Yatchie then added helpful information as she confirmed: “We will share information about a celebration of life at a later date.”

As well as well-wishes from thousands of her 558k followers, Malia was inundated with tributes and messages of support from other stars of the Below Deck franchise.
Below Deck Med’s Captain Sandy Yawn commented: “I’m so sorry Malia. So sorry.”
Former stew Courtney Veale added: “Malia I’m so sorry to here this. Sending so much love to you and your family.” (sic)
Bravo’s Summer House star Amanda Batula echoed: “Sending you so much love and big hugs. So sorry for your loss.”
As Below Deck’s season one captain, Aleks Taldykin shared: “Really sorry for your loss Malia. Praying for you and your family.”
