The model and TV presenter has penned a brand new book called Just Getting Started: Lessons in Life, Love and Menopause.
Lisa, 51, went through the menopause in her early 40s and draws upon her own experiences in her book to help other women.
She has even received praise from Hollywood actress and Friends icon Jennifer Aniston.
Lisa shared the cover of her book on Instagram and it features a quote from the 54-year-old US star.

Lisa's book is coming out this month on the 25th and fans have openly shared their excitement.
