COCKY Katie Price has been bragging to pals that she's "packing for a holiday – not jail’" as her court date nears.
The Sun revealed Katie, 43, will fly on Friday for her sixth trip abroad with fiance Carl Woods this year.
That's if she avoids jail after pleading guilty to sending a "gutter s**g" text to her ex-husband Kieran Hayler about his fiancee Michelle.
A source told The Sun: "Katie's telling everyone she's packing for a holiday – not jail!
"She's buying her holiday wardrobe and telling friends and family she's not worried about it.
"She thinks she'll walk free just like all the other times she's been in court.
"She's not acting like someone facing time in prison."
A judge warned Katie could end up behind bars for breaching a restraining order after sharing the "vile and nasty" message aimed at Michelle Penticost.
She faces a maximum sentence of five years in jail when she returns for sentencing on June 24.
But her legal woes haven't stopped Katie, 43, from travelling the globe.

So far in 2022, the mother-of-five has already headed to Belgium for cosmetic surgery, before The New Forest and Thailand.
In April, she and beau Carl, 32, flew to Alicante in Portugal for a budget break, before heading away again on a yacht in May.
Now, insiders have said that Katie will jet off AGAIN on another luxurious break, if she avoids jail time during the sentencing.
A source exclusively told The Sun Online: "Katie and Carl have been on their fair share of holidays this year but they really need this break together after all the drama of the last few months.
"Katie is desperately hoping she avoids jail time when she is sentenced on Friday and is trying to think positive.
