Coronation Street star Georgia Taylor enjoyed a romantic getaway with her beau Charlie De Melo – and fans couldn’t get enough.
As fans of the long-running ITV soap will know, 43-year-old Georgia plays Toyah Battersby and 33-year-old Charlie played her on-screen beau Imran Habeeb. The two soap stars endured a rather turbulent onscreen relationship during their time on the famous cobbles.
But their marriage met a tragic end in 2022 as Imran tragically died in a car crash when Toyah was behind the wheel. Fortunately, the two actors enjoy a less tumultuous and dramatic relationship away from Weatherfield.

Georgia and Charlie first sparked rumours earlier this year that they were dating. Fast forward to now, and it seems the pair are still as smitten.
Taking to her Instagram on Thursday (October 12) Georgia uploaded a slew of snaps from her romantic getaway with Charlie to Northern Ireland. The pictures include the soap couple visiting the Titanic Belfast museum, as well as enjoying pints of Guinness.
In another snap, the pair cosied up for a sweet selfie amid the gorgeous Northern Irish landscape. In the caption, Georgia penned: “Delicious Northern Irish spam incoming xx.”
Fans went wild over the snaps, and rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts. One fan gushed: “You guys are such a cute couple.” Someone else said: “Aww gorgeous pics, beautiful scenery & wonderful memories.”
The post also caught the attention of several Corrie stars, including Joe Duttine who plays Tim Metcalfe. He wrote: “My kind of holiday.”
Similarly, Nina Lucas star Mollie Gallagher penned: “Cute,” along with two love heart emojis.
Prior to her romance with Charlie, Georgia dated fellow actor Mark Latheren after they both starred in Casualty together back in 2008. They set up home together in Bristol and were together for 14 years before they called it quits.
Mark, best known for playing Simon Kitson in The Bill, alluded to the break up with Georgia in a heartbreaking post at the end of 2022. He shared: "It's been the worst year after a number of increasingly s**t years. My life finally fell apart.
