Dan Walker has revealed his advice for the Strictly Come Dancing 2022 line-up.
The 45-year-old presenter appeared on Lorraine on Thursday (August 25), where he advised the 15 celebrities taking part in this year's show to embrace and enjoy the experience.
He also made a cheeky quip at the BBC series' long-term judge, Craig Revel Horwood.

Dan said: "There's a whole new bunch of people going in this year and I think the one thing [Nadiya and I] had throughout it was that we were just going to enjoy it as much as we can.
"The worst thing I think is when you come out of Strictly and then you say, 'do you know what? I wish I'd have enjoyed it more at the time.'
"You're part of the biggest show on TV, just embrace it and have a bit of fun."
Offering more advice, Dan later added: "Trust your partner and ignore Craig!"
Dan competed in the 2021 series of Strictly Come Dancing.
Partnered with Ukrainian and two-time world champion dancer Nadiya Bychkova, Dan made it through to the final five.
He and Nadiya bowed out after appearing against AJ Odudu and her partner Kai Widdrington in the dance-off prior to the semi-final round.
Despite AJ and Kai knocking them out of the competition, Nadiya and Kai are currently dating.
The couple confirmed their romance back in April.
Strictly Come Dancing will return to screens next month.
Confirmed to be competing this year are former Coronation Street stars Kym Marsh and Will Mellor.
