EastEnders star Danny Dyer is said to be moving on from Albert Square by presenting a Channel 4 show that sees celebs denied daylight for days on end.
Back in January, Danny revealed that he would be leaving Walford after playing the Queen Vic landlord Mick Carter for nine years.
It has now been revealed that the London-born actor is said to present Channel 4’s Scared of The Dark, which will see the contestants spend seven days in a specially designed space with zero light.

A source close to Danny told The Sun: “Danny is really excited to be attached to such a fun and different project.
“It’s a brilliant show and he’s looking forward to showing off his mischievous side. He loves being a host and is keen to do more entertainment work.”
According to Channel 4’s website, the contestants will be required to perform “thought-provoking” tasks while entrenched in darkness.
It added: “Living in complete and total darkness the celebrities must endure the unique pressures of light deprivation in the lightless space that they will call home."

Danny’s inclusion in the Channel 4 series could spell trouble for Hollyoaks bosses, who were said to be hoping to grab the star following his soap exit.
A source told The Sun: "The scriptwriters think he would make a brilliant addition to the cast."
