Death in Paradise: Ralf Little speaks about being away from home
Ralf Little took to Instagram to address speculation his character DI Neville Parker would go back to prison in the new series of Death in Paradise.
In a new video, Ralf told fans: “So I need to clear up a little Death in Paradise mystery.
“After I posted a little video the other day, there was a lot of speculation saying, ‘Why is Neville in a cell? Why? Could this be a spoiler or whatever.’
“Let me explain. This is where the cast normally sits.”
The actor panned the camera around to show the hair and make-up teams set up where the cast sit between takes.

“We have fans on to try and keep us cool and stop us sweating so make-up doesn’t have to jump in all the time,” Ralf continued before taking fans through the set of the police station.
“Through here is the police station. Everyone is working in here setting things up.
“Then through here, are the cells. Now, a couple of years ago, I realised the cells are right next to the station where we shoot and it’s much cooler and there’s a bed.
“Honestly, I don’t know what lives in it but when we’re shooting in the station, this is my little spot.

“This Sinead’s make-up bag, a little cheeky cake, some crisp packets and a fan.
“So no mystery, no spoilers, I’m just lazy. This is where I hang out between takes.”
Ralf sparked a frenzy with fans earlier this month when he shared a snapped of himself as Neville in a cell.
Fans instantly questioned whether Neville would be implicated in a crime once again.
“Oh no, Neville has ended up in a cell again,” @Pickleshlee shared.
Jane asked: “”Why are you in the cell please??” while Ruth questioned: “You’re in jail again?
“I got so confused watching an old DIP yesterday and you were playing someone else, I had to rewind to check I wasn’t going mad!”
Death in Paradise returns to BBC One for a festive special later this year.
