DICK and Angel Strawbridge have shut down their Escape To The Chateau company after being dropped by Channel 4.
The married couple, who have two children together, shot to fame on the beloved show.
It came to an end last year leaving fans devastated.
However, despite Channel 4 promising to work with them on future projects, they were sensationally dropped from the broadcaster.
It followed Angel, 45, letting rip at producers on the show in shocking leaked audio.
But now the TV couple have made the decision to wind their chateau company up after six years.

Chateau-de-la-Motte Husson Limited will be closed down in the next two months following Dick and Angel signing an order for a 'voluntary strike off' of the Companies House register.
Fans of the pair and their French mansion were able to have their wedding ceremony at the spectacular site.
However, following the wind up notice, these have now been cancelled and garden days and tours marked as unavailable.
Fans were left shocked by leaked audio which has been unearthed by Deadline following rumours of bullying accusations from the set of Escape to the Chateau.

The audio heard Angel insisting she was really "angry" at one producer and their behaviour before branding one a "f***ed up little c***".
Channel 4 had decided to suspend working with Angel and her husband Dick over concerns about their conduct whilst filming the show.
In the heated altercation, Angel was seemingly left furious at a schedule change which is thought to have occurred at some point during filming of the first four seasons.
