EastEnders fans all say same thing about kidnap scenes as Lewis death teased

EastEnders fans were left distracted on the latest episode of the BBC soap after viewers compared dramatic scenes of Lewis’ kidnap to a comedy spin-off show.

Viewers saw Phil stunned when Sam revealed Lewis is tied-up in the boot of the car with Phil’s gun in tow.

Claiming its’s time to get revenge, Sam drives a reluctant Phil to a warehouse where he tells her this isn’t what Ben wants. Before they get a chance to leave however they see that Lewis has escaped and has the gun.

At this point viewers began to point out that the scenes reminded them of a slapstick comedy with two clueless coppers.

“Can we have a phil and sam comedy spin off? I'd watch it!” laughed one viewer.

Another said: “Lewis's kidnap shouldn't be this funny!”

While a third eschoed: “Only Sam would leave the gun on the car roof. This is alike one of those slapstick comedy shows.”

Later scenes saw Lewis eventually confront Sam and Phil, pointing the gun at them and attempting to call the police.

After a struggle, Phil is able to overpower Lewis and get the gun back.

While Sam tries to stop Phil from killing Lewis, Phil goes to shoot him, but Ben arrives and says: “if anyone is shooting Lewis, it’s gunna be me.”

Fans were further left in hysterics as the episode anded on the dramatic line, with many wondering if this was James Bond movie.

“Sorry but are we watching EastEnders of James Bond?” asked one viewer.

A second commented “Is Ben a super villain now. Since when was EastEnders like lock stock!”

“I’M DYING at ben’s comment. LOLLLL what is this episode!!,” added a third
