EastEnders fans think they have spotted the Christmas "murder weapon" after the Beale and Knight families went to war on Thursday night.
While the weapon in question certainly won't be the one that is used during the festive episode, it is almost identical to the one that can be seen in the flash forward episode, which aired back in February.
The item that eagle-eyed viewers spotted is a champagne bottle, which George Knight handed over to Ian and Cindy Beale on Thursday, 28 September.
Fans noticed that it's very similar to the smashed bottle that is covered in blood and in Denise Fox's hand in the flash forward episode.
The expensive bottle appears to be the weapon used to kill one unsuspecting member of the Walford community in the Queen Vic this festive season.
The positioning of the bottle in tonight's episode could also be a clue as to who is killed on Christmas Day.
George placed the bottle in an ice bucket right in front of Ian, who is currently in a relationship with George's ex Cindy.
Ian is one of many male characters tipped to be leaving the show later this year, alongside the likes of Ravi Gulati, Jack Branning and Nish Panesar.
The Beale and Knight families have been arguing over the sale of George and Cindy's bar in Spain. George originally agreed to give Cindy half of the money from the sale, but after she kissed him on Wednesday, 27 September, he changed his mind.
As a result, Cindy asked him if he wants a war between them, and George quickly responded to say: "Bring it on."
Fans are now speculating on social media, as one person commented: "I SPY WITH MY LITTLE EYE A BOTTLE THAT LOOKS LIKE THE THE ONE DENISE IS HOLDING IN THE FLASH FORWARD!"
For anyone who is not aware, in the special episode, viewers watched as Denise Fox, Suki Panesar, Stacey Slater, Kathy Beale, Sharon Watts and Linda Carter stood over a male body in the Queen Vic.
The episode makes it seem like the ladies have just had a showdown with the person, as they all look stunned, and all of them either have ripped clothes, or parts of them covered in blood.
Sharon, who is wearing a white wedding dress, gets closest to the body as she bends down and has a look at the person.
Since the episode aired on TV, fans have been spotting many little clues as to who is going to be the victim.
However, there has been no official confirmation about who dies, who kills them, or most importantly, the reason the person is killed.
Could the bottle be a clue as to who is involved?
