EASTENDERS fans have spotted a huge blunder in Cindy Beale's storyline ahead of her dramatic return to Walford tonight.
Cindy – played by Michelle Collins – was last seen heading to London on the Eurostar to get her son Peter Beale (Thomas Law) back.
Tonight, she arrives on Albert Square and faces her old friends, family and enemies.
Residents will be shocked as they realise she's still alive, and her ex George Knight (Colin Salmon) will be left stunned as they reunite after she walked out on him and their daughters Anna (Molly Rainford) and Gina (Francesca Henry).
BBC viewers know that Cindy went into witness protection and became Rose Knight.
George then met Cindy when she was in witness protection and they built a family together before she disappeared.

Meanwhile, the Beale family were told she had died in childbirth while she was in prison.
However, some fans have now noticed a blunder with the Cindy Beale storyline.
Taking to Reddit, one said: "'Rose' aka Cindy, kept the same number for YEARS. Surely the Witness Relocation Programme would have had an issue with that.
"And having her actual number, why did George never track her down through it? There are website galore and catfish-inspired techniques that could have pinpointed her in an INSTANT."

Another added: "Maybe George DOES know where she is…….?"
A third replied: "This is what I was thinking."
A fourth shared: "I think what it is, when she first moved to Spain she got a number, and when she had to flee, the person handling her witness protection programmed probs kept her personal items. And then now she’s free, her items have been returned."
Actress Michelle has teased that Cindy will be back to her old self when she makes her return to Walford.
She said: "I’d say she’s very emotional because of the things she’s been through and I can’t say too much but there’s a lot of emotional stuff going on there.
"Definitely expect bits of the old Cindy to come back. I also think that people would be disappointed if there wasn’t elements of her old character in there.
"She was a character where women hated her, but they also wanted to be her because of the way she behaved.
"She was unapologetic in a time where women on TV weren’t portrayed that way so I think that’s why she literally got away with murder! People loved that side of her because she was the bad girl."
EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday at 7:30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
