EastEnders fans work out flash-forward victim – and Alfie is the killer | The Sun

SOAP viewers have been going wild over who could meet their demise on Christmas Day and who would be doing the killing.

One small comment heard during Thursday's EastEnders instalment have led fans to believe Alfie Moon will somehow be involved.

A recent grisly flashforward scene saw Stacey Slater (portrayed by Lacey Turner) get involved in a murder mystery alongside five more of Walford's most beloved ladies – Kathy Beale, Linda Carter, Denise Fox, Suki Panesar and Sharon Watts.

The six suspects were seen holding a weapon or with their clothes ripped standing above a male victim who will presumably be murdered on Christmas Day 2023.

As fans have been trying to figure out who would be killed off and who would be the culprit, the latest episode of the long-running BBC One drama got soap fans talking and sharing their thoughts on social media.

During last night's trip to Albert Square, Stacey owed a hefty amount of cash to loan shark Shiv who was harassing her and leaving her in a bad state.

In later scenes, Shiv told the owner of Stacey's Baps that Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) was her knight in shining armour as he had paid off her latest debt.

Viewers will remember that Alfie raised over £200 by selling some of Big Mo's wedding dresses – including the one Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) will be wearing on her Christmas wedding later this year.

Shiv's comment left fans theorising that Alfie could be linked to the upcoming death as Stacey was seen standing in front of an armoured night figure in the flashforward.

While some viewers speculated Alfie would be saving Stacey, others wondered if he would be doing the killing.
