Big discoveries are made and warnings are issued in what promises to be another must-see week in the nation’s biggest soaps.
Anna Knight is on a mission in EastEnders to find missing mum Rose, who we know to be Cindy Beale, but her attention is soon elsewhere when Bobby Beale stuns her with a revelation.
Emmerdale, meanwhile, sees Nate Robinson shocked as he stumbles upon yet another secret being kept by Caleb Milligan, but will he keep quiet or spill the beans to Cain Dingle?
Over in Coronation Street, Jenny Connor is worried about the Rovers Return’s finances, and Stephen Reid is quick to offer advice, while Hollyoaks’ Hunter McQueen receives advice of his own from his loved ones, who warn him about getting too close to Freya Calder.

EastEnders
1. Missing money at The Vic leads to Gina being questioned, but it subsequently comes to light that Anna stole the money to hire a private investigator in a bid to track down her mum ‘Rose’. Gina is livid, but Anna goes through with her mission, with George subsequently working out what she’s up to. Upon her dad’s request, Anna agree to call off the search – that is, before the private investigator makes a breakthrough in the case!
2. Jay shares a drink with struggling Gina, who implores him to look after Lexi in the wake of Lola’s death, sharing details of how she struggled growing up without a mum. Gina places a hand on Jay’s leg, which leads to him making a hasty exit, having got the wrong end of the stick. Gina therefore heads to buy drugs from the dealer she meet at Peggy’s a few weeks back.
3. Freddie decides that he wants to find his dad, demanding the truth from Kat about his father’s identity. Kat lies, not wanting to betrayal Little Mo, but Tommy later overhears his mum discussing the matter with Jean and Harvey, setting off to inform Freddie that his father is named Graham Foster! Freddie tracks Graham down, meeting with him, much to his family’s horror.
4. Callum and Jay make flippant remarks about Ben’s loss of appetite, unaware of his battle with bulimia, but Honey is starting to pick up on Ben’s discomfort around food.
5. Bobby decides to tell Anna the truth about Lucy’s death but she reveals that she is already aware of Bobby’s involvement.
6. Stacey and Eve hatch a plan to catch her stalker, attempting to lure him to the Square. Theo subsequently turns up at No.31 but covers his tracks, claiming he’s simply there to tutor Lily. Stacey invites him in, unaware of the danger she’s in. Theo, meanwhile, comes to her rescue once more later in the week, leaving Stacey feeling grateful.
7. Sonia is late on her period and worries to Whitney that she might be pregnant. Reiss tries to set up a lunch date to apologise for his previous insensitivity around Sonia’s feeling towards Debbie, but he accidentally puts his foot in it when he drunkenly shares his negative views towards the prospect of children, unaware at Sonia’s predicament.
Coronation Street
8. Adam plans a gender reveal party, much to Sarah’s surprise, as she opens the box to find out the gender of the baby. Things, however, take a turn, with Sarah left desperate to save her marriage, as she begs Adam to talk to her. Adam, however, rails at her over her lies, with Sarah suddenly hit with stomach pain, as she’s rushed to hospital. Adam, horrified, believed Sarah was faking so when he finds out otherwise, he rushes to be by her side.
9. Jenny grows concerned about the Rovers’ finances, confiding in Stephen that she’s struggling. Stephen suggests she reduce portion sizes, and the landlady takes his advice, before revealing that she’s putting up prices and room rental, in addition to reducing the staff members’ shifts.
10. Ryan calls at the Rovers to apologise to Daisy and joins Jenny, Carla and Maria in raising a toast to Johnny. Carla, meanwhile, takes some selfies on Ryan’s phone and uploads them, but she accidentally includes a naked torso shot of Ryan, leaving him furious. Subsequent scenes, however, see Ryan share news of his new social media account with Peter, which features pictures of his gym body without revealing his face.
11. The Alahan clan are joined by Bernie and Paul for a special dinner in memory of Sunita, which sees them take a photo together. Bernie, however, notices that there is a bubble of light hovering above Asha in the picture, suggest it’s a human spirit. Dev is quick to shut such a claim down.
12. Gemma starts work for Harry Newton, having lied to Chesney that she’ll be in a different department. But when he spots Gemma getting into her ex Henry’s car, how will Chesney react?
13. Stu admits to Alya that he fears Yasmeen is going off him in favour of Roy. Alya assures him that this simply isn’t the case, urging him to take an interest in Yasmeen’s hobbies. When Stu reveals he’s booked a couple of places on an art course, Yasmeen is thrilled and calls Roy. When Alya explains that Stu booked the art so they could spend more time together, Yasmeen apologises, realising that she has some making up to do.
14. Stu and Yasmeen break the news to Eliza that her mum has been moved to a prison in the northeast. Eliza is upset by the discovery, knowing that this means she willl see even less of her.
Emmerdale
15. Nicola reveals that the new bus stop is a memorial for Harriet and Liv, with her faith in humanity restored at the turnout for the unveiling. There is, however, shock on the cards when a car screeches to a halt, with Colin exiting the vehicle, much to Laurel’s horror, demanding the unveiling be started over. The councillor’s lacklustre speech results in the crowd dispersing and thus he rages at Laurel and Jai, with his outburst caught on camera – and it subsequently trends on social media!
16. Dan’s hearing commences and Amelia is stunned when Julie, Lloyd’s wife, shows up at the courthouse. Staring at Julie, Dan is overwhelmed by guilt over what has transpired and thus pleads guilty, much to Amelia’s horror.
17. Nate continues to struggle financially. Cain, meanwhile discuss a job opportunity with newcomer Corey, who Nate recognises from school. Feeling like a failure in the shadow of Corey’s success, Nate asks him for a job, but Corey says he can’t help. Things, however, take a turn when Nate once again confronts Corey to ask him for work, finding his old friend in the company of none other than Caleb, who is the silent investor!
18. Nicky and Suni enjoy a kiss in the cafe, but the pair are wretched when Gabby witnesses their moment of passion.
19. Gabby proceeds to get drunk and confronts Nicky over what she’s seen, lashing out as she tries to punch him – but she winds up hitting Billy instead! Billy consoles her. Gabby gets the wrong end of the stick, however, leaning in for a kiss! Billy promises to keep quiet, but Gabby’s gaze lingers on him a little too long.
20. Claudette is left seriously concerned when Victor collapses into his chair, with Charles subsequently inviting him to stay with them at Woodbine.
Hollyoaks
21. Donna-Marie reckons that knowing Joel’s secret could prove useful in getting her drugs, but Joel refuses to be blackmailed. A fire, however, soon breaks out at the Lomaxes, with Joel managing to save Donna-Marie, who is treated in hospital for smoke inhalation and tries to explain her relapse.
22. Rayne refuses to go to the police over her accusations against Prince, subsequently accusing Romeo of victim-blaming her. Nadira, meanwhile, struggles to come to terms with the influencer’s claims, but fully backs her. Romeo tells Prince he found Rayne self-harming like Lily. Prince once again reiterates his innocence, begging Romeo to believe him.
23. Maxine continues to feel insecure about her scar after a comment from Lucas left her upset, shutting out her sister Lizzie, who is determined to help her.
24. Goldie struggles to come to terms with Bronzer’s death, vowing revenge on James, who she blames for the tragedy.
25. Hunter helps Freya with her art and confides in her about his own past. John Paul worries about Hunter getting so close when he offers to do a drawing of her mum Lexi. Sally warns Hunter about getting too close to Freya.
