EastEnders fans are convinced Ruby Allen (Louisa Lytton) is connected to Walford villain Theo Hawthorne (William Ellis).
The creepy teacher has been causing carnage ever since he stepped foot in Albert Square earlier this year. He became obsessed with Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) since he subscribed to her Secret Cam site and paid her in return for racy snaps and online conversations.
Fans of the BBC One soap have bene left with their jaws on the floor as Theo became more and more infatuated with Stacey and the burger van business owner recently learned that he was her stalker. He even went as far as pretending to be her dead husband Bradley Branning by sending her a friend request on social media as him.

He has also mentioned other aspects from Stacey's past and viewers are convinced that Stacey's former best pal Ruby has something to do with it after the former best friends fell out before Ruby's depature. Taking to social media, one fan penned: "I wonder if that Theo married to Ruby to something to do with her." Another viewer asked: "Anyone else think Theo and Ruby are working together?"
A third person said: "I've been saying this for ages – Theo and Ruby are working together they could even be dating or to twist things even more what if Ruby got pregnant again with Theo's child?" Someone else wrote: "I think there are more twists coming that could place Theo in the frame at Xmas. I think he's got an informant feeding him information hence my Ruby Allen theory. There's no way that Theo is this clever and is working alone. He's just a basic school teacher.
A fifth person said: "I had a feeling that Ruby was involved from the off with the red in Stacey's Big 6 promo symbolising her involvement." The message came as Stacey was spotted wearing a red dress in the flashforward episode which saw the body of one male character laying on the floor of the Queen Vic.
Some fans think it could be Theo could be the one bumped off at the end of the year and Stacey could be his killer. The flashforward clip that aired in February offered a glimpse to Christmas 2023, and the big death twist. The male body on the floor is not identified, but his death is confirmed.

The six ladies at the scene of the crime appear in complete shock, and as though the events that have unfolded were not expected. All six of them could be the killer, with motives and potential victims slowly being revealed. But something fans noticed then and now about the preview, was that Stacey was at the centre.
Not only is she stood directly in line with the body, but she's shaking with widened eyes as if to be more shocked than the other women. More importantly, Stacey's hands are held palm up, out in front of her and they are covered in blood. Is this enough to suggest she is the killer, and therefore the victim is linked to her?

This wouldn't be the first time she killed someone in revenge, after she murdered her rapist Archie Mitchell in 2009 – again on Christmas Day. Perhaps history is about to repeat itself. There has been a lot of talk of the women becoming supportive of each other and protecting one another. This all stemmed from the lock-in at the pub in February, where all six women drank together – before the flashforward aired.
Stacey alongside Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal), Kathy Beale (Gillian Talyforth), Denise Fox (Diane Parish), Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) and Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) were later seen standing over a dead body. Fans only have to wait a few more months until all will be revealed.
EastEnders airs Monday to Thursday on BBC One at 7.30pm
