Amy Mitchell (Ellie Dadd) goes missing in tonight’s (April 27) episode of EastEnders, leaving dad Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) and stepmum Denise Fox (Diane Parish) seriously worried.
The teen’s mental health has spiralled lately as her family fell apart when Amy effectively forced Denise to tell Jack all about her sordid affair with bad boy Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara).
So when Amy disappears just before counselling to help her stop self-harming, everyone fears the worst.
Luckily Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams) finds Amy, but the troubled teen is having a panic attack.
She takes Amy to the therapist’s office, where the rest of the family is waiting. But her half-brother Ricky Mitchell piles in and blames Amy’s self-harming for ruining their family.
How will a devastated Amy react?
Meanwhile, Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) has turned to crime to pay for Albie’s christening and is doing a delivery for Ravi when DS Giles (Alexander Theo) turns up and demands to know what is in the boxes.
Keanu plays it properly cool and refuses to open them without a search warrant, but it turns out that DS Giles isn’t a copper at all. He’s crime boss Christos, who was testing Keanu and Ravi to see how they’d hold up under pressure.
He’s impressed by the pair and offers them more work – which Keanu wants to turn down until Ravi shows him a wad of notes. Will Keanu be sucked further into the criminal underworld?
Elsewhere in the square, Zack Hudson (James Farrar) rushes off in tears when Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) asks him to be Albie’s godfather.

Zack confesses he’s worried about letting Albie down as he always packs his bags at the first sign of trouble – will he agree to be the tot’s godfather, alongside Bernie Taylor (Clair Norris) as godmother?
There’s also trouble in store for Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) who is bottling up his feelings about terminally-ill Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold).
Mum Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) talks to Ben and begs him to lean on husband Callum Highway (Tony Clay) for support – but will Ben listen?
