Emmerdale's Charles Anderson and Manpreet Sharma look set to split in a tense twist teased by actor Kevin Mathurin.
Charles is about to meet his long-lost daughter Naomi, who was given up for adoption by her mum – and Charles' ex – Esme when suffering from post-natal depression.
But next week Charles is going to meet his daughter face-to-face for the first time ever, as Ethan informs his dad that Naomi has gone missing and he starts the desperate search.

He eventually locates Naomi at the bar she works at, where her manager is having a go at her, and soon steps in to protect her – letting slip she's his daughter in the process.
The meeting could, however, have a knock-on effect on his relationship with Manpreet, Kevin teased to Daily Star and other press.
He said: "It could affect his relationship with Manpreet.
"He's just managed to get back with her and carry on with their life together, and all of a sudden there's this new… not an obstacle, but another part of his family that he needs to focus on and that he’s drawn to.
"He just doesn’t want to upset people – that’s all I can say."
Charles is also left worried that the new revelation could affect his relationship with the rest of the villagers, as actor Kevin explained: "As a character, I think it's awkward for him because he knows he’s not perfect, but because it’s such a close knit village he doesn't want his parishioners to all find out.
"But now Charles' past is getting revealed, that he’s got a daughter he didn’t even know about, and it’s wrecking this persona Charles has as a man of god.
"In the past he was a bit wayward, and I like showing that, really. It’s good to flesh out the characters a bit, and the more we delve into the Andersons the more of Charles’ past gets revealed."
Speaking out on his character's feelings towards his daughter, he explained: "I think he feels gutted that he never knew. If he’d have known he’d have been there, whether he and Esme had a relationship or not.

"For 22 years he didn’t have a chance to know Naomi existed. As soon as the realisation there was a daughter he felt the guilt, but he’s like, 'I’ve got 22 years of this girl not knowing I would have been here for her if I knew'.
"There is a little bit of guilt there – but how can you love someone you didn’t even know existed?"
And whether the relationship goes the way Charles wants or not, Kevin is certain his "empathetic" character will respect her boundaries.
He added: "He doesn’t want to force himself on the situation, he’ll go at whatever pace Naomi allows the relationship to go.
"And if she doesn’t want to see him that’s her choice and he will accept her wishes."
