ANGEL King was left unconscious in the backseat of her mother's car after a horrific crash.
Emmerdale viewers have since been figuring out who's to blame – but they quickly turned on soap bosses after a huge road blunder.
Thirteen-year-old Angel (Rebecca Blakes) was rushed to hospital during last night's trip to the ITV Dales after her mother Nicola (Nicola Wheeler) was involved in a collision with Moira Dingle's truck.
It all started when Jimmy King became too distracted by his ongoing feud with nephew Tom that he forgot about his own daughter's dentist appointment.
Despite her stress levels reaching an all-time high, Nicola stepped up to take Angel to the dentist.
But she was ranting while behind the wheel as her daughter complained about feeling left out for not having braces.
At the same moment, Moira (Natalie J. Robb) was driving along a road in the outskirts of the village, blissfully unaware of what was to come.
She eventually drove into Nicola King's car and while the pair of women made out of the wreckage unscathed, Angel King was unconscious in the backseat.
Meanwhile, off-screen, viewers of the Yorkshire-based program have been racking their brains by trying to figure out who really was to blame for the crash.
The authorities immediately turned to Moira as Nicola was quick to point her out as the main cause of the collision.

Moira was given a breathalyzer test to determine whether she had been drinking while driving but she insisted she had done nothing wrong.
Soap fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts and most agreed that Nicola was actually the one who needed to take some responsibility.
"Moira was on the main road, so she had the right of way, so if Nicole view was blocked, she should have slowed down before entering. She was arguing with her daughter and not concentrating," one viewer pointed out.
Another jumped in: "The police can clearly see that Nicola pulled out the junction but blaming Moira who had right of way."
Another handful of soap viewers put the blame on to Moira due to her own troubled past on the road.
"Moira was involved in a car crash previously, she was hit by Nate's mother. Bottom line – don't go out when Moira's driving," quipped a third viewer as another added: "How can Moira not see?"

However, another social media user was fuming that Moira's innocence hadn't been made obvious in the show.
They penned: "Emmerdale is winding me up again. The police can clearly see that Nicola pulled out of the junction but blame Moira who had right of way. Sometimes I just want to slap scriptwriters for treating us like clueless kids."
Tom King saved the day by helping Nicola cope with the shock as an ambulance came to the scene.
Angel was then taken to hospital for an emergency operation while Tom took it upon himself to tell Jimmy about the accident.
