Emmerdale legend Lisa Riley has revealed how she lost an impressive 12 stone over the years.
The soap actress, who plays the role of Mandy Dingle on the popular ITV soap, has previously spoken about how she dropped a whopping eight dress sizes.
She has been very open about her weight-loss journey as well as sharing her tips for getting fit.

Lisa has also spoken candidly about her health and fitness journey in the past and has even written a book about the changes she made to her lifestyle.
Lisa was a size 28 for years and has said she convinced herself she was "fat but happy".
After trying an array of different diets, it was taking part in Strictly Come Dancing that changed her life.
She was a contestant on the BBC dancing competition back in 2012, and the soap star spoke about taking part during an appearance on Loose Women.
Lisa explained: "I wanted to prove people wrong that I didn't want to be the chunky monkey. And prove everyone wrong that I could dance.
"I knew I had natural rhythm and I wanted to show people my skill. I wanted to be on national TV… I thought, don't brand me."
Lisa kick-started her weight loss during the three-month stint of ballroom dancing on the programme, with the daily rehearsals aiding her fitness transformation.
Speaking on This Morning in 2018, Lisa revealed her first ever diet book, Honesty Diet, which featured exactly how she shed the weight in terms of diet and exercise.
The Mandy Dingle star said she started her diet journey by keeping an honest diary of what she was eating every day and she soon realised it was too much of the wrong foods, for example, unhealthy snacks.
After her weight loss, the actress was revealed she was left with 1.5 stone of excess skin.
Lisa documented the issue in ITV's Lisa Riley's Baggy Body Club, talking to other dieters about their own issues with excess skin left behind after losing weight.
The actress had a tummy tuck to remove the loose skin from her thighs, a boob lift and an operation to remove the excess skin on her arms.
She said: "Could I have lived with the loose skin for the rest of my life? Yes, but I wouldn't have been happy. I don't feel like I have had cosmetic surgery, I have corrected what I had done to myself.
"Nobody made me eat 50 Twix bars, or a whole packet of sausages at one sitting. I did that to myself. No one made me not go to the gym.
"Some weeks I was probably having seven takeaways a week. I did that to myself. I have to take responsibility for that."
