A DOUBLE Dingle funeral brings the whole village to a standstill in Emmerdale.
In sad scenes to be screened on Friday, storm victims Faith (Sally Dexter) and Liv (Isobel Steele) are laid to rest.
As the ITV soap’s 50th anniversary events play out, their coffins arrive for the service in horse-drawn carriages.
Producer Laura Shaw said: “Having a scene featuring the entire adult cast was not something we had done before — it felt very right and fitting that we had the whole cast there to say goodbye.”
Meanwhile, we can reveal Fiona Wade, who has played Priya Sharma since 2011, is leaving to pursue other acting roles.
She will film her leaving scenes from Emmerdale Farm in the next few months.
