ESCAPE to the Chateau's stars Dick Strawbridge and Angel Adoree are always keeping their fans entertained, but Angel has recalled one moment where Dick went too far.
The husband-and-wife duo, who are undergoing the restoration of Chateau de la Motte-Husson, have had their fair share of squabbles on the show.
However, Angel has revealed that there was one project in particular that left her "traumatised".
Last winter, the couple had to complete a number of tasks, which were very stressful.
One of those tasks were doing up the garden, which Dick insisted on.
He explained whilst on thechateau.tv: "Because the cameras are here there are certain things we can capture.
“It’s winter and the next time we speak to you it won’t be winter because in a couple of weeks the sap will rise, there will be little buds and we’ll be past winter and it always surprises out because it catches us unawares.
“So we had to do was capture some of our winter jobs.”

However, the process was pretty stressful for Angel.
She explained: "It was actually quite traumatic", adding that "I’m not going into too much detail or I’ll start crying."
Her husband joked back: "Does anyone remember me pollarding the trees and the absolute s**t I got?" referring to the time he cut down her eucalyptus trees.
Dick continued: The real grief I got for that well we’re six years in and there are more things that need to be chopped down.
"You understand the logic, don’t you?"
However, she admitted: "I do understand the logic.
"I will say [it was necessary] when they’ve all grown back and looking incredible again."
She added: "If you’re happy I’m happy."
