Former Hollyoaks star Jazmine Franks has admitted she would love to do a “six-months stint” on a rival ITV soap.
Loyal fans of the Channel 4 drama will remember the blonde bombshell who played Esther Bloom between 2011 and 2018.
Throughout her seven-year reign on the Cheshire-based series, her character faced several emotional storylines including bullying, becoming a surrogate and even ordered the death of Eva Falco before she started a new life in Barcelona.

Now, the mum-to-be, 31, has hinted that she would love to take on a role on Coronation Street having been a fan of the soap for many years.
The TV star branded the ITV soap a “national treasure” as she shared her future career plans exclusively with Daily Star at the Mummy’s Star Ball in Manchester which provides cancer support in and around pregnancy.
When asked if she would ever work on any other soap, she told us: “I think for me it would be Corrie.
“Just because I'm a Manc and it would be great for the ease of travelling to work because its so close to home and just being around a load of Mancs would be a dream.
“It’s a national treasure, isn’t it, Coronation Street? It would be nice just to do a little stint on the Cobbles, a little six month stint, you know. In and out, that would be nice.”
Jazmine went on to hint at a possible appearance on a reality show in her future after watching so many of her co-stars take part.
She said: “I’d do Strictly [Come Dancing] purely because I would love to learn how to dance. I feel like you come out of it with a skill.
“I feel like I could do Strictly and then come out and be like, ‘Well, basically I’m a musical theatre or actor now so why am I not in the West End?”
She also admitted that she would give I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! a go but warned ITV bosses that she would “lie” about her worst fears.
The soap star continued: “I’d give I’m A Celeb a go but I'd lie to them about my fears. I’m petrified of heights but I love spiders and don’t ask me to go anywhere near a bunny.”
It comes as Jazmine prepares to give birth to her first child with her partner Danny Potter later this month.
