The Duchess of York, Fergie, took part in a rare TV interview where she agreed to join the This Morning team as an agony aunt to share advice on matters of the heart.
Holly Willoughby, 42, extended the invitation for Fergie to join the team after hearing about the royal's new book.
The 63 year old Duchess appeared on Thursday's This Morning to discuss her new romance novel, A Most Intriguing Lady, which is the second book published by the royal. Her first, Her Heart for a Compass, was released in 2021.
The novel is said to be “Jane Austen meets Peaky Blinders with a little bit of 50 Shades”.
After chatting with the royal, Holly extended an invitation for Fergie to return to This Morning, to help viewers with their love dilemmas.
Fergie responded: "Yes Holly, perhaps when you have returned from your annual leave or holiday I'll come back in."
Viewers gave the move the seal of approval on social media, as one tweeted: “Yes get Fergie back on!”
Another wrote: “Always liked Fergie. She doesn’t give a stuff."
The interview also saw Fergie reveal that her book will be brought to life on our TV screens.
“We have signed and we are going to TV,” she said, before quipping that the show will be a rival for one of Netflix's most-popular offerings.
“Bridgeton you’re out!" she joked.
Fergie is currently getting ready to become a grandmother again, as her daughter Princess Eugenie is pregnant with her second child.
And while Eugenie has been resting up ahead of the birth, Fergie was recently spotted partying the night away with her eldest daughter, Princess Beatrice.
The duo enjoyed a night out with 34 year old Beatrice's husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, for an evening out in Central London that finished at 2am.
The trio seemingly relished a night away from royal responsibilities as they headed to the popular Mark's Club in Mayfair.
