GEMMA Collins has been spotted struggling to make custard in a first look clip at the upcoming Celebrity Bake Off special.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star hits out that it's easier to "just buy it" as she gets to grips with patisserie baking.
Gemma, 41, is set to appear in the upcoming Stand Up To Cancer special of the popular Channel 4 baking show.
The reality TV star, who will go head-to-head with AJ Odudu, Jessica Stevenson, Tim Key, but looks to struggle in the tent from the offset.
In a first look at the episode, Gemma, who is joined by hosts Noel Fielding and Matt Smith in the clip, struggles to whip the milk.
Gemma can be seen looking round the room unimpressed as part of a challenge to make a patisserie treat, while she whips up the milk and eggs to make custard.

Wearing a bright floral dress and pulling her blonde hair back into a half-up, half-down look, she shakes her head.
"Why would you make it when you can just go and buy it?" she laments, while her co-star AJ, 35, looks confident making her cream.
"This is my coffee cream," the TV presenter explains, as poet Tim, 46, gets stuck in baking layers of chocolate cake in the oven.
Gemma and her co-stars are set to feature on the silver screen this Sunday, in the second instalment of the Stand Up To Cancer special.

It comes after Gemma revealed she only went on Stand Up To Cancer Bake Off so she could meet a 'gorgeous' star.
The former Towie favourite admitted that while she doesn't have much baking prowess, she is a huge fan of judge Paul Hollywood.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk the former TOWIE star said: "Obviously Stand Up To Cancer is a great cause but I’m a huge fan of Paul Hollywood, so when I got the call I was like, ‘I need to see Paul with my own eyeballs’."
She added: "Paul Hollywood, bless him, was really complimentary because he saw how much enthusiasm I had."
Gemma described Hollywood, 57, as "gorgeous" and said the next woman to marry him would be a "lucky woman".
"I can confirm to every woman on the planet that he is unbelievable in the flesh," she stated.
"It’s just the vibe – I think he called one of my cakes ‘indescribable’ but I wasn’t bothered about the cake, I didn’t care if my choux pastry was good, I just wanted to meet Paul Hollywood."
