FOUR in a Bed viewers were left raging after a guest embarrassed an owner with a "petty" tactic on the show.
In the recent instalment of the hit Channel 4 show this week, viewers saw the competing hoteliers stay at The Apollo Inn in Derbyshire.
James, presented his property and was confident that the guests would enjoy their stay.
But, with the exception of Claire, who ended up using her own pillow despite saying she "hoped" she wouldn't have to, the majority of the guests had a good night's sleep.
When it came to scoring, three couples gave him positive feedback, but Claire's comments hurt. For his hosting abilities, Claire scored him an eight out of ten, this left James stunned.
He exclaimed: "I don't know what to say about that score!"

In the comments, Claire said the guesthouse lacked "warmth and confidence".
James who clearly stung by Claire's comments, said: "Now I am really shocked about that because this is something I pride myself on, so I am not sure where they are coming from."
He also noticed that one of the feedback comments mentioned "poor bedding," which he immediately recognised as coming from Claire.
The comment about the bedding got James' "back up," he said, and there was nothing wrong with the pillows, and Claire was "just being Claire."

Viewers were also not too happy with Claire's critical remarks with some labelling her "harsh" and "petty" as they took to Twitter to express their frustration.
One wrote: "That's a bit harsh!"
Another added: "Pillow woman is delivering most of the pettiness. Silly comments about the excellent hosting and at £60 she should consider herself fortunate to have any sheets #fourinabed."
A third raged: "As expected, the snooty, pillow woman wouldn't stay again. What a surprise."
A fourth fumed: "This pillow woman is so annoying! There's nothing wrong with those pillows. Stupid woman."
