Love Island viewers believe they've sussed out why Gemma Owen's mum might not be a fan of Luca Bish.
Football legend Michael Owen's daughter, Gemma, 19, who's dating Luca, 23, in the ITV villa, made it clear that their relationship wouldn't work if he didn't hit the market with her family.
In a recent episode, the Islanders played a game of Snog, Marry, Pie, which saw Tash Ghouri, 23, burst into tears after facing criticism from Luca and Dami Hope, 26, leaving viewers to spark outrage on social media.

Gemma's mum, Louise Owen, 41, said in an Instagram post that Tasha's treatment was "sad to see" after sharing her opinion on the situation.
Louise commented on a video of Tasha and her boyfriend Andrew Le Page and wrote: "I hope Tasha is ok. I feel it's close to bullying now, which is so sad to see."
Although Gemma's mum didn't directly mention Luca, who played a key role in making Tasha cry, eagle-eyed fans did some digging and believe the comment implies her feelings towards her potential son-in-law.
One fan wrote: "Gemma's mom commenting on Tasha's post saying she's sad to see Tasha being bullied? Oh Luca is FINISHED finished."

Another joked: "Bish ain't even setting eyes on Michael Owen's driveway. Word on the street is she's coming in for meet the parents day. And all I can say is Luca is in for it."
In a recent episode, Gemma, who recently confessed to Luca that she loved him, spoke candidly about her tight-knit family.
She frankly told the fishmonger: "If my mum don't like you it's a no."
