CHANNEL 4 star George Clarke posted a rare tribute to his teen daughter on social media, allowing fans to marvel at how much she “looks like her dad.”
49-year-old property presenter George posted a special tribute to his daughter on Instagram as she celebrated her birthday over the weekend.
George can normally be seen on Channel 4 shows like Flipping Fast and Remarkable Renovations. But, this weekend he got fans’ attention from posting photos from his family holiday in Ibiza.
George shares sons Georgie and Emilio and daughter Iona with his ex-wife Catriona Drummond.
While on holiday with his kids, Iona turned 16-years-old.
George appears to have taken her out for dinner to celebrate the occasion as he posted a sweet snap of Iona, who was grinning as she enjoyed a tropical fruit dessert.

Alongside the picture, the Channel 4 presenter wrote a tribute to his daughter that read: “The greatest girl on earth. I love you more than words can ever describe Iona. Happy birthday baby.”
The Instagram photo quickly gained over 5,000 likes as plenty of comments, with many fans responding to say that Iona “looks just like her dad.”
“Image of Dad,” one fan commented, while another said, “Looks so like you! Beautiful girl.”
“Happy birthday, Iona, you are the spitting image of your dad,” a third said.

“Spitting double of you there George,” said another fan, while a fifth observed, “She certainly has your eyes.”
“Whoa daddy’s girl … Looks so like you,” commented a sixth.
George posted a second birthday tribute alongside a black and white photo of his teen daughter.
“Happy 16th birthday to the greatest girl on earth. I love you, Iona…to the moon and back,” he wrote.
The proud dad tends to keep his Instagram professional, but infrequently posts family snaps.
A few weeks ago, he shared that he and Iona went out for dinner together.
“Out for dinner with my unbelievably amazing daughter, Iona,” George wrote alongside the picture, in which he was happily pointing to his daughter.
While fans praise their strong father-daughter bond, it seems to be a summer of celebration for the Clarke family as George shared the happy news that Iona finished her GCSEs earlier this year.
