TV icon Wolf has shared his thoughts on the rumours surrounding Bradley Walsh becoming the new presenter of Gladiators alongside his son Barney.
It was confirmed last year that the hit ITV show would be returning to screens following 23 years off air and was being picked up by the BBC.
The programme, which ran from 1992 to 2000, was originally hosted by John Fashanu and Ulrika Jonsson and saw contestants take on superhumans in a number of physical challenges.

Filming for the reboot will take place in Sheffield Arena in collaboration with Hungry Bear Media – the production company founded by Holly Willoughby's husband Dan Baldwin.
It has been reported that The Chase presenter, 62, and his son have been lined up for the long-awaited reboot, with show insiders claiming the "unique" duo would bring a "great dynamic" to the set.
Michael Van Wijk, who starred as Wolf in every episode across the eight series, exclusively told Daily Star what he thinks about the rumours.
"Bradley's a nice guy, I know him well because his partner Donna was head of the cheerleaders so we used to see him quite a bit at Gladiators when were filming.
"I wish nothing but nice things for him," he added.
The 70-year-old bodybuilder has made it no secret that he wants to return to the show that made him a household name and revealed he contacted Hungry Bear Media about co-presenting.
He also previously told Daily Star that he could even come back as a gladiator.
The gym owner said: "I would return. I could do it blindfolded. They might not let me because of my age, but I'll sign any insurance indemnity or anything because I could do all the games."
Mike, who resides in New Zealand, revealed his lookalike son Dean applied to become a gladiator for the new series.
The bodybuilder said: "I can't imagine anyone being the new Wolf expect my son Dean. He has the same sense of humour and sharp wit that will tear the contenders to pieces.
"He not only looks like me but is a super athletic as well."
