HOLLY Willoughby 'has nothing to hide' and has spoken to the independent inquiry into the Phillip Schofield scandal.
The 42-year-old This Morning presenter has spoken to the KC heading the independent inquiry into the affair.
A source told The Mirror Holly “fully complied and cooperated with everything that has been asked of her by the KC”.
Jane Mulcahy KC is leading the external review of the facts after Phillip's departure from This Morning – and subsequently ITV – in May this year.
His exit came after the married star admitted to having a relationship with a younger male member of the This Morning team.
The source added to The Mirror: "Holly was more than happy to do what was asked of her, and explain her position, and what she knew, and what she didn’t.”

Meanwhile pals of Holly have said: “She has nothing to hide.”
Holly is one of a number of people from the programme who have helped the KC with her investigation.
Meanwhile ITV's managing director Kevin Lygo said at the Edinburgh TV Festival this week: "She [Mulcahy] has been talking to everybody involved, they take your phone and look at every single text you've ever sent, email, WhatsApp.
"So, everything is available, lots of interviews, talking to everybody and I hope as soon as possible, but probably in September, she will make that public."

Discussing how ITV handles its duty of care, he added: "We do, trust me, take it incredibly seriously.
"I don't think we've got anything to hide and if we can adapt and change our processes to make it better, then we should do so on a continuing basis."
ITV's chief executive Dame Carolyn McCall previously told MPs that "we were repeatedly told nothing was happening" by Phillip, 61, and the younger man and that both men denied it "both formally and informally".
