Home and Away star James Stewart recently showcased his dramatic weight loss transformation after losing 12kg.
The actor, 47, who has played Justin Morgan on the soap since 2016, took to Instagram looking incredibly shredded as he unveiled his rippling abs with a topless snap.
The actor followed this up with a "before" photo as he sported a loose fitting white shirt while on the cover of a magazine.

Opening up about his weight loss journey, James revealed he didn't feel "great" before admitting he couldn't "keep up" with his 10-year-old daughter, Scout.
He wrote in the caption: "I was 100kg.. now I'm 88kg. I was sluggish… wore baggy shirts and didn't feel great.
"The thing that got to me the most is I couldn't keep up with my kid… now she has trouble keeping up with me! Haha!"
The actor then shared some advice that helped him throughout his journey, but confessed he found it incredibly difficult.
"To all of you tryin to get in shape I’m not gunna sugar coat it… instead of beers and burgers grab a protein shake and a salad..," he penned in view of his 243,000 Instagram followers.
The soap star continued: "Then just put your trainers on and go train! Sounds simple… but it’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, and I’ve done it twice.
"Once with the best trainers ever and this time without… and as fit as I am physically it’s my mental fitness that is my favourite benefit."
He signed off the post by saying: "I feel good about myself. A better man, a better husband, a better father."
As the actor spends his time keeping up with his real-life daughter, his soap character has been tasked with doing the same thing as Justin's daughter, Ava (Annabel Wolfe, recently returned to Summer Bay after two years.
But things haven't run smoothly between the duo and it got even worse during Tuesday's instalment (April 25) of the Channel 5 soap as Justin discovered that his daughter is Theo's (Matt Evans) stalker.
Home and Away airs 1:45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6:30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
